Louis has been involved in the commercial insurance industry since 1989. He started in the Industry with Liberty Mutual.  In 1992, Louis Joined the Hall Agency which later became Cook, Hall & Hyde in which Louis became a partner. In 2009 he opened his own Retail Insurance agency.  He was one of the founding partners of GR Reid Insurance services which now has become The Reid Agency.

Clientele includes manufacturers, distributors, social service organizations, as well as General and Trade contractors.
