Elizabeth is a licensed Property & Casualty Broker in 49 States and Surplus Lines Broker in 36 States.  Elizabeth majored in Math at San Jose State University.  During her years at San Jose, she began her insurance career working summers at Rollins Burdick Hunter (now known as AON).  After college, Elizabeth switched careers to real estate and was a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut.  In 1995 she returned to the insurance industry, initially as a claims analyst and in 1998 moved over to the marketing side.

Elizabeth currently acts as a Marketing and Customer Service Manager.  She also works closely with clients to make sure she has the most complete submission information to match the carriers’ requirements.  Once received, she analyzes the information and summarizes submissions in a format that was designed with feedback from several carriers.  Elizabeth also manages the staff who support all of the clients.
